iWantClips.com is an American adult content selling website operated by Gatsby Enterprises CA LLC and StackUnited Inc. (formerly Paragon Technology & Development). Founded by Bratty Nikki a/k/a Rosalie Rose Hudson (CEO) and Jude Hudson (Secretary), iWantClips.com was officially launched in 2014 as an alternative to Clips4Sale.com.
2010 – 2014
The first iWant- webpage was www.iWantCam.com, registered on December 27th, 2010. This website was never fully launched and still sits parked to this day, registered through the same domain registration services as www.iWantClips.com. The iWantCam website was originally registered to a business agent out of Wyoming and the email address used was info@Paragon.com, a website that has no archival copy from that year. Jude Hudson would go on to form Paragon Technology & Development, but not until mid-2013 and its webpage, www.ParagonTechDev.com, was not registered until 2014.
iWantClips.com’ Quiet Launch
The iWantClips.com domain was registered in October 2011, nearly two years before the formation of iWantClips’ two parent companies. An archival copy of the website shows that it was operational by February 2013, already taking clip purchases. This lines up within the time frame of when the financial transaction parent of iWantClips, Gatsby Enterprises, was formed. According to co-founder Bratty Nikki, iWantClips.com’s official start date wasn’t until April 2014, over one year after financial transactions had already started.
Before iWantClips’ official launch, iWantMyFantasy.com was registered in January 2013. On March 22nd, 2013 the Twitter account @iWantMyFantasy was created and its first post was a link to a LinkedIn profile, now broken. They proceeded to flatter already established models and inform many that “IWMF(i want my fantasy) is about to launch some huge news for the cam industry!” The account posted quotes from Hugh Hefner, Marilyn Monroe, and many other notable people, and on April 18th even included a positivity quote attributed to iWantClips’ co-founder Jude Hudson: “Luxury is the byproduct of success.” On December 30th, 2013 the profile image becomes a close-up of Bratty Nikki’s breasts in a bikini. After this apparent send-off, the account shows almost no more activity over the years except for an interaction with Kayla Danger in 2014, one with Miss Foxx in 2017 and a final interaction with Liz Katz in 2019. At some point after its creation this account’s name was changed to @iWantCam.
On June 13th, 2014, the Twitter account @CandyFlirts was created with the stated intention of forming an “Exclusive Invitation Only, Free Domme Marketing Directory.” The CandyFlirts account only posted for one week and advertised the website www.CandyFlirts.com. There is no archival copy of this old webpage. The present day version of this website seems to be unaffiliated with iWantClips.
Bratty Nikki was the first person invited and became the first follower of @CandyFlirts. Some notable CandyFlirts invitations that would go on to become early producers at iWantClips.com were Miss Foxx, Princess Mindy, Goddess Posh, Lindsey Leigh, Jessica G Banks/G Cup Bitch, Mistress Mitsukai, Trixie Miss, and Divine Goddess Jessica.
In the one week that @CandyFlirts account was active, it followed notable dommes Bratty Bunny, Goddess Alexandra Snow, Meggerz, Princess Lexie, Princess Monique, Goddess Lolita, and Goddess Kyaa. No public invitations were sent to these women, but it is possible that some form of influence or insight was sought.
In the month of February 2013, Jude Hudson filed the initial business documents for Gatsby Enterprises Inc., in the state of Wyoming. This may have been in an effort to avoid corporate and franchise taxes that were applied in other states at that time. Gatsby Enterprises is the company that transacts money between customers and artists.
In July 2013, Paragon Technology & Development was incorporated as a Delaware corporation and employed the technical and administrative staff that maintained the iWantClips.com website.
In January 2014, an annual report was filed for iWantClips stating that Bratty Nikki and Jude were the only officers at Gatsby Enterprises, Inc. Later, in March 2014, Jude Hudson filed an amendment to the report stating that he became the president of Gatsby Enterprises, Inc.
Two months after the April 2014 official launch of iWantClips.com, Bratty Nikki replaced a link to her Clips4Sale.com store with one to her iWantClips.com store on her official website, www.BrattyNikki.com.
2015
In 2015, iWantClips.com relied on the public relations services of The Rub PR, an adult industry public relations agency. The Rub PR was responsible for getting iWantClips.com mentioned on AVN and various industry websites. It is also during this time that iWantClips.com first associates with XBiz.com, an adult industry advertising portal.
In June 2015, the Twitter account @iWantCustomClip was created and linked visitors to iWantCustomClips.com. Nothing has ever been hosted at iWantCustomClips.com other than a simple redirect to the custom clips section already hosted at iWantClips.com.
2016
At this time, iWantClips.com was the only major clip site with “Racial Humiliation” as a specific category. Due to pressure from artists, iWantClips.com eliminated the category on May 4th, 2016 and made a donation to Black Lives Matter. The donation amount of $3,108.86 was claimed to be the “sales earned from the 64 clips that were previously in the Racial Humiliation category.” There was no way to verify the earnings claim made by iWantClips.com.
In June 2016, the Twitter account @IWCRecruiting was created with the focus of new talent acquisition. Initially posting promotional payouts, the account shifted to retweeting messages which they wanted potential new recruits to see, including an endorsement from Candy Glitter: “If you create clips (or want to start)- I highly suggest signing up w/ @iWantClips Higher payouts, modern website, & great customer service!” The recruitment account ceased activity in April 2017; that same month iWantClips.com aimed its focus toward www.iWantPhones.com and @iWantPhoneChat. Most payouts retweeted by @IWCRecruiting were from iWantClips.com insiders The Mistress B, Crystal Knight, and Goddess Jessica. All payout-related graphics posted by iWantClips.com insiders obscured the “Your earnings:” portion because they may have received a higher payout rate and they did not want this known.

All-Around Referral Hound – The Candy Glitter
In August 2016, www.iWantBlog.com was registered. For the first several months, the website linked to a parking page from a unique domain registration service frequently utilized by iWantClips.com’s sprawling web presence, called Cheap-DomainRegistration.com. The lackluster blog was designed to utilize SEO (search engine optimization) in order to drive more traffic toward iWantClips.com. Almost every title in 2016 contained the word “fetish”, while many articles covered definitions of basic fetish concepts.
In August 2016, artists and models started complaining about an increase in website errors and a noticeably slower message response time from www.iWantClips.com’s artist support. According to an Ambercutie forum member: “there support used to be amazing (before they revamped IWC) now… I wait a week sometimes more”. Many similar complaints followed.
On August 24th, iWantClips.com announced that Ceara Lynch, Princess Mika(a/k/a Empress Mika), Princess Lexi(a/k/a Lexi Luxe), Violet Doll, and Miss Foxx were the winners of an iWantCustomClips Elite Model Contest. According to the announcement, “Each of these models wooed the staff at IWCC (iWantCustomClips) with their emails and videos as to why they should be chosen.”
For several days in early September 2016, the entire email server for iWantClips.com’s artist support system went offline. The cause, technical or financial, was not revealed. On September 26th, iWantClips.com made several unpopular changes to commissions and payout including increased wire transfer fees, new transfer fees, and no more mailed checks. It is noteworthy that all of these changes help to recuperate or save money for iWantClips.com.
In late October, news quickly spread that iWantClips.com was suddenly going to start deducting 5% from artist’s payouts in order to cover potential customer chargebacks. Later, this was clarified as an optional 5% deduction for what iWantClips.com later billed as a “Chargeback Protection Plan”. A large amount of artists and models were upset about this development and voiced their concerns across Twitter and adult industry forums.
In early November, cam model and clip artist Paige Orion made a post on the Ambercutie forum that brought attention to a part of the new chargeback policy regarding chargeback fees imposed by banks. If an artist or model did not opt into the chargeback policy, a $35 fee may be applied.
An account operated by iWantClips.com at the Ambercutie forum set out to explain that since the fee was per credit card transaction, rather than per item purchased, that it wasn’t as bad as it may have first seemed. Paige Orion, after explaining how banking transactions work, then asked the iWantClips.com representative whether or not a purchase of multiple clips using multiple credit card transactions would then result in multiple chargeback fees. The iWantClips.com representative replied stating that such a purchase, one where multiple clips are purchased in separate orders, was actually “extremely rare”. Even though Paige Orion’s question was not actually answered, in fact it was clearly dodged, she quoted the representative’s post and replied with two animated GIFs that expressed “Hallelujah!” In light of this forum interaction, it has been speculated that Ms Orion may have acted as an iWantClips.com plant in order to steer forum members’ concerns to where iWantClips.com desired.
A few days later, on November 3rd, iWantClips.com issued a press release announcing their Chargeback Protection Plan. The release stated that “Models are loving the new optional plan…” and it goes on to quote Princess Lexi(a/k/a Lexi Luxe) “October was my best month ever on @iWantClips!…. Even with their optional charge back protection, @iWantCLips still has a higher payout than ManyVids.” Lexi Luxe was believed to be an iWantClips.com insider in and around this time.
2017
In April 2017, iWantPhone.com goes live with a redirect to a new phone call section on iWantClips.com. Even though the Twitter account @iWantPhoneChat was registered in December 2013, its posts only go back to October 2017. The account’s first interaction with a model or artist was with Theodora(a/k/a The Only Theodora). Theodora was believed to be an iWantClips.com insider in and around this time.
On May 15th, 2017 Bratty Nikki officially became the chief executive officer (CEO) of Paragon Technology & Development.
In the months that followed Bratty Nikki’s appointment, iWantEmpire went on to sign several mainstream pornstars including Jenna Sativa, Tasha Reign, and Riley Reyes. In November 2017, a photograph taken by Josh Ryan appeared in a press release on AVN.com.
This rash of hirings would continue into 2018, with an announcement of the signing of porn power couple Chad White XXX and Kimmy Granger. Though introduced as big signings for iWantClips.com in July, the two only uploaded a small amount of clips in June and never again updated their storefronts.
2018 – Employment Discrimination Lawsuit – September Slash
In late January 2018, Jude Hudson announced that iWantClips’ now defunct fan website iWantEmpire had sent formal letters expressing interest in purchasing both Kinkbomb.com and Clips4Sale.com. The goal was to close one or both deals “by the third quarter of 2018.” Instead of an acquisition, the third quarter of 2018 would be remembered for the September Slash where iWantClips.com slashed payouts by more than 14%.
In a February 2018 press release, iWantEmpire announced that it was close to a takeover of Kinkbomb.com. While Clips4Sale immediately rejected the offer, Kinkbomb’s Kahli Grantz (a/k/a Princess Rene) tentatively accepted the initial takeover offer. The press release went on to say that iWantEmpire and its subsidiaries were “co-owned by porn star Bratty Nikki.” Bratty Nikki was quoted as saying “I am very proud to be a part of a company that is loved and supported by so many incredible performers.” Neither Kinkbomb.com nor Clips4Sale.com were ever acquired by iWantEmpire.
In April 2018, an offshore payment processor from Belize that iWantClips.com partnered with was forced to suspend “all withdrawals from deposit accounts, as well as other outbound payment activities.” A week later, iWantEmpire released a statement that they were going to “guarantee funds” to any artists impacted by this development. It was not revealed exactly what percentage of payouts relied upon this particular offshore payment processor, if any.
In August 2018, a former female employee filed an employment discrimination lawsuit against iWantClips.com’s parent company, Paragon Technology & Development, Inc (from 2022 known as Stack United, Inc). They had been employed from March 2016 through February 2018. After suffering a miscarriage around January 2018, the employee’s medical provider recommended that they receive “a disability accommodation to work from home that related to a serious pregnancy complication and resulting medical condition.” Shortly after granting her disability accommodation, iWantClips.com demoted her. After a lengthy legal battle, the case was dismissed in September 2019 on the technicality that the former female employee had used a home pregnancy test in order to confirm her pregnancy. Bratty Nikki and Jude Hudson entered into negotiations with the former employee prior to the case’s dismissal, but refused to accept her home pregnancy as evidence and demanded more proof.
In September 2018, iWantClips.com announced there would be a permanent 10% decrease in payouts for models and artists. In a press release at the time, iWantClips.com referred to the decrease from 70% to 60% as a 10% decrease, but that was either an incorrect calculation, or a knowingly fraudulent assertion on their part. Called the September Slash, the actual decrease to payouts was approximately 14.3% for studios while the increase to iWantClip.com’s take was over 30%. Jude Hudson had this to say, “We can use that 10% of extra operating capital for improving the site and alleviating complaints. I think everyone would agree the main complaint with the site is late payouts and fixing that is our #1 concern.” iWantClips.com made this announcement on September 24th and it went into effect on October 1st.
A Twitter account, @RogueIWC, was soon created by an anonymous community member with the apparent goal of getting the commission reverted back to the original 70:30 split. Long suspected iWantClips.com insider, Crystal Knight, had this to say about the activist account, “I would appreciate it if all my friends, fans, & slaves would block this account. This kind of negativity is absolutely disgusting & SO unnecessary. @iWantClips is an amazing company & has NEVER done me wrong. They’re platform, customer service, & owners are 5 star and beyond.” Several sex workers and fans replied, indicating that they had followed her instructions. Her post received twenty-five likes in support or agreement, including likes from Lexi Luxe, Princess Ashley, and Princess Miki Aoki.

TeaseUm Bikini Model and iWantClips.com Insider – Crystal Knight
Dozens of clip models were complaining about the September Slash on Twitter and the discontent was snowballing out of control. At around this same time, Goddess Lindsey was instructed, likely by Bratty Nikki herself, to run interference against the most outspoken clip models that were on Twitter. This information and the following Twitter Direct Message were provided by one of those models:

In the Direct Message, Goddess Lindsey informs the clip model that she has already deleted her own complaint-filled Tweets(which were never seen by the clip model) due to a fear of economic blowback. While an economic hit due to a cloud of negativity could occur for a very short time, injecting this sort of fear was a clear manipulation tactic. Goddess Lindsey and the clip model she was conversing with were both experienced enough at the time to know how difficult it can be to convert Tweets into sales and therefore would have known there would not have been significant blowback.
The greatest blowback the entire time was directed at iWantClips.com and clearly Goddess Lindsey was tasked with protecting the website. Goddess Lindsey continues to promote iWantClips.com over other clipsites.

Divine Goddess Jessica, SaMXTeck & Ellie Idol happily pose at the 2018 YNOT Cam Awards, sponsored by iWantClips.com one month after payouts were slashed.
2019
Around March 2019, iWantClips.com’s parent company, Paragon Technology & Development, at the request of a business partner, “…hired its first executive with any meaningful experience” in order to figure out why iWantClips.com was having financial troubles.
Paragon hired Robert Lunny to be iWantClips.com’s chief financial officer and chief operating officer. Mr. Lunny soon discovered that iWantClips.com’s cash flow issues were largely attributable to the fact that Jude and Bratty Nikki were “…looting the Company and were using corporate funds for their own benefit.”
Mr Lunny found the Hudson’s had borrowed hundreds of thousands of dollars from iWantClips.com in undocumented interest free loans. These loans were often taken out at times when iWantClips.com was operating at a loss. Mr Lunny also found Bratty Nikki and Jude Hudson were forcing iWantClips.com to pay for their “extravagant personal residence and lifestyle in West Hollywood, California.”
Mr Lunny discovered that Bratty Nikki’s mother, Dolores Abouna, was put on the payroll despite doing no work for the company. The Hudson’s also forced the company to directly pay Jude Hudson’s mother, Jean Hudson, more than $100,000.
According to iWantClips.com’s former business partner, To Be Limited Partnership, were it not for the Hudson’s unnecessary financial burdens, iWantClips.com would have operated at a profit, as well as avoided the acquisition of more debt. If not for Bratty Nikki’s and Jude Hudson’s greed, iWantClips.com would possibly still be paying out at 70% commission.
2020
On April 7th, 2020 To Be Limited Partnership, a longtime business partner of iWantClips.com, filed a sizeable lawsuit against Jude Hudson, Bratty Nikki, and Paragon Technology & Development. The complaints referenced in the initial court filing included Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Embezzlement, Corporate Waste, and Unjust Enrichment. The court case would not be settled until October 2021 and finally dismissed in January 2022.
In May 2020, a $292,190 Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan was awarded to iWantClips.com’s parent company, Paragon Technology & Development. The loan claimed $219,143 for payroll, $36,524 for utilities, and $36,524 for rent.
On August 4th, 2020 a former employee filed a sizeable complaint against Paragon Technology & Development(Stack United, Inc.) relating to age discrimination, wrongful termination, and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. This trial was not settled until June 2022.
2021
In March 2021, iWantClips filed a lawsuit against a former employee of Paragon Technology & Development for attempting to destroy iWantClips.com and replace it with his own iWantClips alternative. The lawsuit was settled in January 2022.
In mid-October 2021, a settlement with iWantClips.com’s business partner was reached. iWantClips.com’s parent company, Paragon Technology & Development, agreed to buy back almost $2.6 million in stock that had been transferred to the partner in place of loan collateral. The business partner was awarded $250,000 to cover legal fees incurred throughout the trial that started back in April 2020.
2022
After several months of iWantClips.com failing to review all videos for 2257 certifications, including potential underage content, Bratty Nikki agreed to use a biometrics product called Adult VI from a new company that was, and may still be, based out of a single family home in the state of Kansas.
On the night of May 5th, a popup was implemented on iWantClips.com informing models and artists that they must agree to use biometrics immediately or lose all access to their accounts.
Though iWantClips.com held off on announcing the new biometrics product until May, it appeared to come to an agreement sometime in or before March 2022, as that is when both AdultVI.com and iWantClips.com updated their privacy policies to reflect similar information regarding the collection of identities.
Many models and artists took to Twitter and various web forums to voice their displeasure with this sudden announcement. One user at the StripperWeb.com forum said “I can understand why they are doing it, but given the intense privacy violations that such technology makes possible, this feels really unsafe and gross.” Another poster had this to say “They should have sent an email or newsletter before just posting the popup. Why are the models always the last to find out about stuff?” An email did not go out to models and artists until the following evening, a friday night.
While iWantClips.com model support has claimed that “We are not collecting all of the available biometrics that AVTech is capable of, only what is necessary for facial profiles”, neither iWantClips.com’s nor AdultVI’s privacy policies reflected that statement. Models and artists were forced to agree to all of AdultVI’s capabilities. Without changing these requirements, iWantClips.com’s statements were useless and misleading.
The biometric product’s name Adult VI stands for Adult Video Intelligence, implying they may gather adult video information to be used at a later time when it will be more valuable to them. One of the worries regarding biometrics is that a biometric company might pass collected information onto other companies or to curious government officials. AdultVI’s privacy policy states that they reserve the right to pass collected information with any third party with whom they enter into an agreement.
In June 2022, the wrongful termination lawsuit from August 2020 was finally settled. In this lawsuit, the employee aimed to win such a large settlement that it would punish iWantClips.com. The lawsuit appeared to be settled shortly after Jude Hudson refused to give a deposition in the trial. After the settlement, major structural changes took place at iWantClips.com.
The following month, the parent company known as Paragon Technology & Development Inc. changed its name to Stack United Inc. and in September 2022, the parent company known as Gatsby Enterprises Inc. was converted from a California corporation into a California limited liability company. It is unknown at this time what implications these structural changes might have on day-to-day operations.
2023 – iWantClips.com Deleted Clips Exploit Discovered
First publicly reported in April 2024, the exploit was originally detailed in a late September 2023 post on an underground pornography piracy message board that is invite-only and frequented by hackers.
In the forum post, the discoverer first layed out why and how they came across the iWantClips.com glitch. One of their “favourite models” stopped making hypnosis clips a while back and they deleted all of their stores except for their iWantClips storefront. Even so, only a few of the model’s clips remained.
This forum member figured to use the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine in order to find their desired missing clips and make a purchase by inserting the missing clip’s identification data into a falsified iWantClip’s purchase link. This process was a success.
The only clips this person was unable to purchase involved banned topics on iWantClips, like Poppers-related clips. Those clips seemed to actually have been deleted from iWantClips’ servers.
The model in question was unable to be reached, thus it remains unknown whether models or artists actually receive notifications about these purchases, let alone their fair share of the profit from the purchase.
It also remains unknown at this time whether deleted stores may also have their clips purchased in this manner.

2024

The same clip model that provided iWantWiki.org with direct messages that involved Goddess Lindsey playing interference for iWantClips.com was also able to provide screenshots and information regarding what amounts to an iWantClips insider’s club.
There is currently an exclusive mailing list of less than three-dozen iWantClips.com models and artists that contains step-by-step guides on various iWantClips features, as well as offering tips for success and even providing access to early beta tests. iWantClips.com considers these models and artists to be their most “valued members” of the entire iWantClips’ model and artist community.
One recent email received by iWantWiki.org instructed these “valued members” to partake in a beta test for a new feature called PhotoSets- small galleries of images made available for customers to purchase. It is 2024 and iWantClips now has image galleries. The legendary humiliatrix Ceara Lynch was used as the model for the beta campaign so that the other models and artists would feel safe joining in.
All of the “valued members” were encouraged to make the image galleries available to customers as soon as the beta test phase began on March 6th, 2024. This beta test would potentially populate the newly released PhotoSets feature with offerings from nearly three-dozen of iWantClips admittedly most “valued members.” This outcome would instantly make this feature seem worthwhile to customers while simultaneously seeming like something all of the other models and artists were potentially missing out on. All in time for April 2024, the official ten year anniversary of iWantClips.com.
This entire system was designed by iWantClips.com in order to manipulate everyone in their demented little empire. In this particular case, the “valued members” are first manipulated into filling the new feature with content, then customers are manipulated into thinking the feature is worthwhile because so many recognizable models are well represented, and lastly iWantClips.com hopes that all of the other models and artists feel left out and are manipulated into joining the elite “valued members” so that maybe they too can share in some sort of perceived success. There is a high probability that most of the models and artists that partake in the launch will go on to abandon the PhotoSets image gallery feature before the end of 2024.
