Jude Hudson

Posted on 2023-04-25
Jude Hudson a/k/a Jay Phillips of iWantClips.com

Jude Christopher Hudson (born November 1979), also known by his stage name Jay Phillips, is an ex-convict and former Canadian street gangster who smuggled drugs into the United States and guns back into Canada in order to fund and supply a street gang war in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Jude Hudson is also known for being one of the co-founders of iWantClips.com and for a series of business-related controversies.

Early Life and Beginnings

Jude Hudson was born in November, 1979. The son of Jean and Christopher Hudson, he spent some time growing up in the suburbs of Toronto, Ontario, Canada and is of English descent. Both of his parents were born in England, United Kingdom.

On May 3rd, 2003 Jude Hudson illegally purchased a Glock firearm at a gun show in Ohio, United States, using the alias Christopher James Hatton(note the similarity to his father’s name, Christopher J Hudson).

After moving to Detroit, Michigan in January 2004, Jude Hudson and an accomplice began discussing a plan to purchase marijuana and ship it to the United States where it would be sold and the proceeds would be used to purchase guns to be brought back into Canada. Jude told his accomplices that he had everything organized and that he was “going to use that bitch now, too” referring to a woman, Sara Villella. Jude Hudson and his primary accomplice supplied Ms. Villella with drugs and Jude was observed acting as her boyfriend while he was also believed to be dating Rosalie Hammond. He may have been acting as a “loverboy” or a criminal that uses romantic relationships to build confidence in their victims before taking advantage of them.

On February 3rd, 2004 a phone call between Jude Hudson and his primary associate was intercepted by police. In the conversation, Jude asked whether his accomplice had received “…those…” referring to a batch of twenty-three firearms that were previously smuggled into Canada from the United States, and his accomplice stated “…yeah, I got them…”. The following day Jude Hudson and his accomplices agreed on another shipment of twenty-three guns.

On March 22nd, 2004 at approximately 8:10 pm, Jude Hudson was traveling through the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel from Detroit, Michigan to Toronto, Ontario with his then girlfriend, Rosalie Hammond. The vehicle travelling immediately in front of them at the border checkpoint was searched and found to be carrying twenty-three illegal handguns in the wheel well of the trunk.

Canada Customs personnel made the decision to also search the Hudson-Hammond vehicle. This search led to the discovery of a marijuana sales debt list written in Jude Hudson’s handwriting. A second list, also in Mr. Hudson’s handwriting, was found with information regarding how twenty-five handguns would be delivered to different people. An ion scan of their identification papers revealed high readings of cocaine and both Jude Hudson and Rosalie Hammond were detained by Canada Customs that night.

At the age of twenty-five, Jude Hudson pleaded guilty to “…various offences” and received a sentence of three years. The prosecution was criticised by the presiding Judge for allowing Jude Hudson and his accomplice to get off relatively easily, considering “…the gravity of the crimes.”

The following year was known as the “Summer of The Gun” in Toronto because there were so many shooting deaths that took place between Jude Hudson’s Malvern Crew and that gang’s rival, the Galloway Boys. It is unknown how many weapons used during the Summer of The Gun were smuggled by Jude Hudson, if any.

Jude Hudson and his father Christopher Hudson were both arrested in Project Impact, an investigation that resulted in over 60 arrests of suspected Malvern Crew gang members. Jude’s father allegedly recruited an alcoholic widower who was desperate for money to act as a courier. For several months, Jude and his father had this man drive into the United States and then park and leave his car alone. During this time, an unknown person would usually place various contents inside the trunk of the parked car. The courier would then get paid by Jude Hudson upon their return to Toronto.

On September 24th, 2011 Jude Hudson and Rosalie Hammond were married.

Early Businesses

2003 – Korea Television Corporation

On May 9th, 2003 Jude Hudson co-founded the Korea Television Corporation in Toronto, Ontario; a short-lived Korean-language “specialty programming undertaking.” A Canadian broadcasting license for the company was approved on August 6th, 2004 even though another Korean television broadcaster, All TV, filed opposition to the license. They stated that Jude Hudson’s company had no proof that it actually held any programming rights and that it had not demonstrated how it would secure national distribution of any programming rights obtained in the future. The license was not set to expire until August 2010, but the company was dissolved several years early in July 2006, due to “non-compliance.”

2003 – Fusion Entertainment Group

On September 8th, 2003 Jude Hudson formed a corporation in Canada that filed to do business as Fusion Entertainment Group. Little is known about this company but an entry at an adult modeling agency for a “Fusion Films, Inc.” exists and is attributed to Jude Hudson. The entry stated that Fusion Films specialized in “Topless/Lingerie, Girl/Girl Simulated, Video – Softcore.” The company was described as being “a premier producer and distributor of reality travel, party and hedonistic materials.” Like Korea Television Corporation, this business was later dissolved in 2006 due to “non-compliance.”

It is possible that both of these businesses fell into non-compliance while Jude Hudson was serving time in prison for drugs and weapons smuggling.

2007 – Eco Pet Solutions

Eco Pet Solutions was initially registered in Canada by Jude Hudson in late 2007 and registered to his parent’s address in London, Ontario. Eco Pet Solutions’ only product line, Potty Park, was introduced to the United States by Rosalie Hammond (Bratty Nikki) in early 2009 when she posted some promotional videos she made with her Chihuahua’s, White Boy and Bentley, onto YouTube. According to Rose’s mother, Bentley was also the inspiration for Potty Park’s Chihuahua logo.

@PottyParkUSA Description: Whiteboy & Bentley playing after waking up from a nap.

On August 17th, 2009 an advertising blog ran a story titled “The #1 Dog Potty For The #1 Dog” with a subtitle “When it comes to toilet training for Bo Obama, the decision is simple – Potty Park, the world’s finest dog potty!” The story goes on to feature a quote from Jude Hudson: “We are extremely delighted to provide the first family with a safe and healthy solution to Bo’s toileting needs.” Jude was identified as the President of Eco Pet Solutions, Inc. in this article. Christopher Hudson, Jude’s father, has been identified as the Vice President according to an abandoned LinkedIn.ca profile in his name. There was also the email address Chris@PottyPark.com, as well as Jean@PottyPark.com, believed to belong to both of Jude Hudson’s parents.

On September 2nd, 2010 another advertising blog ran a story titled “Bo Obama Proud Owner of a Potty Park, World’s Finest Indoor Dog Potty”. The article went on to describe Barack Obama’s new dog and claimed that Eco Pet Solution’s product, Potty Park, was being used in the White House in order to protect it from any “accidents”. There was a photograph of the official White House logo, as well as a photograph of Bo Obama sitting in front of the White House.

In the United States, it is illegal to use a government work in a way that implies endorsement by any government agency, official, or employee.

The Potty Park product was illegal from the start and would ultimately be blocked by a federal court order in the United States. First reported to the online sex community by Violet Doll, Eco Pet Solutions/Potty Park was found to have stolen another company’s patented product, as well as illegally marketed their Potty Park product as better than the copied product.

On August 13th, 2013 a complaint against Eco Pet Solutions was served to its Scottsdale, Arizona address. The complaint alleged that Rosalie and Jude Hudson made numerous false claims about a patented product while also infringing on that very patent. Neither Rose nor Jude showed up to court and on March 14th, 2014 a default judgment was ruled and a permanent injunction issued against the Potty Park product and its related false marketing.

Potty Park was also marketed as “Made in the USA”, but a recent investigation found several sea freight shipments from China to a storage facility in Scottsdale, Arizona, where Rosalie Hammond and Jude Hudson were residing at the time. It is illegal to make the claim that a product is Made in the USA when the product is actually Made in China.

2011 – H&H Global Holdings, Inc.

Just two weeks after their marriage, Jude and Rose Hudson formed H&H Global Holdings, Inc as “a holding company to own shares in other companies.” The business held an address in Scottsdale, Arizona. In April 2012, H&H Global Holdings, Inc. changed its name to Eco Pet Solutions, Inc. and it became the United States counterpart to the already established Canadian company with the same name.

Recent Businesses & Associations

In the month of February 2013, Jude Hudson filed the initial business documents for Gatsby Enterprises Inc., in the state of Wyoming. This may have been in an effort to avoid corporate and franchise taxes that were applied in other states at that time. Gatsby Enterprises is the company that transacts money between customers and artists.

In July 2013, Paragon Technology & Development was incorporated as a Delaware corporation and employed the technical and administrative staff that maintained the iWantClips.com website.

In January 2014, an annual report was filed for iWantClips stating that Rosalie (Bratty Nikki) and Jude were the only officers at Gatsby Enterprises, Inc. Later, in March 2014, Jude Hudson filed an amendment to the report stating that he became the president of Gatsby Enterprises, Inc.

BlackHatWorld.com data breach

In June 2014, the spamdexing services website BlackHatWorld.com suffered a major data breach that included an account associated with Jude Hudson. Spamdexing is the deliberate manipulation of search engine indexes and certain people were able to provide these services to customers at the BlackHatWorld messageboard. Jude Hudson is believed to have been a customer of these and/or similar services.

A company email address, Jude@PottyPark.com, was caught up in the data breach. A complete analysis of relevant data led to the discovery of the BlackHatWorld username associated with the Jude@PottyPark.com email: weekend4ever.

The username weekend4ever was found to have been used by Jude Hudson on the freelance hiring marketplace Freelancer.com. In June 2012, Jude Hudson requested someone’s assistance with “offshore SMTP email hosting” in order to send out 30,000-50,000 emails daily that would top out at around 300,000 outbound emails every month. Jude Hudson goes on to say that he anticipated “a high volume of spam complaints” and that he was looking for a solution “that won’t shut us down due to complaints.” The job was awarded to someone from Pakistan for $200.

The following month Jude Hudson requested help with “Premium SMS Billing.” This time he was offering up to $10,000 for the implementation of a sexting service where different rates could be charged per text message. He disclosed that it would be for adult content and requested that responders “get back to me with the set up time frame and costs as well as the provider / operating expenses.” Though there were ten responses from eager freelancers, Jude Hudson opted to close the offer without hiring anyone. The job offer seemed to be worded in a manner that could have tricked respondents into providing too many details upfront, free-of-charge. Fetish content website iWantClips.com was quietly launched in 2013.

2017 – JudeHudson.org

Visit the following web addresses at your own risk.

They are all a part of a vast, seemingly criminal, organization.

This organization appears to be highly sophisticated and its capabilities should not be underestimated.

JudeHudson.org

JudeHudson.org fraudulent charity

In April 2017, the website www.JudeHudson.org, an Instagram account and the Twitter username @judehudson13 were registered. A Facebook account, dating back to 2013 was also utilized in this fraudulent publicity campaign. While the social media accounts are still accessible, the website may only be viewed using internet archives. To this date, the website is registered to its original owner but it has not been accessible since 2018. JudeHudson.org is currently registered using the same MojoHost nameservers and the same domain registrar as many of iWantClips.com’s artist domains (iWant[ArtistName].com), including iWantBrattyNikki.com.

The JudeHudson.org website appeared to pose as an entrepreneurial charity blog. The website was claimed to have been created by Jude Hudson (Founder), Lauren MacEwen (Social Media Strategist), and Stewart Klein (Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Publicity).

Lauren MacEwen, Stewart Klein, and Jude Hudson charity scam.

JudeHudson.org published four unique posts. All of the posts lauded some sort of an award or an acknowledgement from other organizations that were allegedly given to Jude Hudson. All of the different organizations were discovered to have been run by one man, Shawn Boday; he is the son of famed American Ballet dancer Mary Price Boday and founder and owner of Streamate.com, Perday LLC, Flying Crocodile and several other companies that are relevant within the adult entertainment industry.

CharitableAction.com

Shawn Boday's shady Charitable Action frontpage.

One post, titled “Jude Hudson Noticed For Charitable Action”, does not establish for what exactly Jude Hudson was “noticed”, but it goes on to mention another website, CharitableAction.org- apparently a typo for CharitableAction.com. At first, the site appeared to be for an organization that rewarded people for acting out in charitable ways. Only a few people were mentioned on the website and most appear connected to the adult entertainment industry, including Colin Rowntree; founder and operator of WastlandBDSM.com (founded in 1994), and Lauren MacEwen; social media expert and part-time XBiz.com contributor, as well as several other adult industry insiders. The website mentioned dozens of legitimate charities including the American Cancer Society, the Michael J. Fox Foundation, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. There were no actual partnerships with any of these organizations and it is now believed they were all mentioned for Search Engine Optimization purposes as well as in order to build a sense of confidence in visitors to the website.

GoodSamaritanAwards.com

Another article was titled “Jude Hudson Good Samaritan Awards Winner for February 2017”. This article claimed that an organization called “Good Samaritan Awards” actually gave an award to Jude Hudson for “his achievements”, without further elaboration. There was no website link provided in this article. However, when searching for “Good Samaritan Awards”, a Google entry for GoodSamaritanAwards.com is the first result and this website was run by Shawn Boday and featured contributions from Colin Rowntree and Lauren MacEwen, among others. The Good Samaritan Awards website makes sure to mention many of the exact same charities mentioned on the Charitable Action website, most likely in another attempt to exploit Search Engine Optimization.

HotStarted.com

Jude Hudson, Shawn Boday, Greg Alves, Lauren MacEwen, Kristen Karanikolas, Clement Picquet on the shady Hot Started website.

A third post titled “HotStarted Interview With Jude Hudson” alluded to an interview at “the popular website Hot Started” where Jude Hudson “sheds light on… techniques that can turn a new venture into a world class organization…”. There was no link provided, but a search of “Hot Started” found the address HotStarted.com. Hot Started was never actually popular but it did exist from around late 2014 through early 2022. Once again it was a website run by Shawn Boday and it featured Colin Rowntree, Lauren MacEwen, as well as several other repeated characters from this shady network of websites.

The HotStarted.com interview featured a simple Q&A format. The responses from Jude Hudson seemed obviously written, though made to appear as if from an in-person interview. At one point, the article implies JudeHudson.org was Jude Hudson’s “own charitable organization”. Jude Hudson responded by stating that his organization was not “an official charity, or anything of that sort.” Instead, he states that there were “too many hoops to jump through to become an offcial charity” and that instead he would “invest in worthy causes”. This was during the same timeframe that Jude Hudson and Rosalie Hudson were allegedly taking out millions in loans from iWantClips.com and from their business partner, To Be Limited Partnership.

The Jude Hudson interview appeared on the Hot Started website from August 2017 through the date the website ceased to exist in early 2022. Of the four websites mentioned at JudeHudson.org, Hot Started was the only one that actually published anything about Jude Hudson.

AngelicInvestor.com

David Koonar, Shawn Boday, Rod Thomas, Clement Picquet et al

The final article published on JudeHudson.org was titled “Angelic Investor Connects Jude Hudson With Worthwhile Startups”. Angelic Investor was referred to as “a website dedicated to helping interesting entrepreneurs gain the kind of funding and support they need to succeed…”. No link to the website was provided.

Interestingly, when searching for “Angelic Investor” on Google, the search engine actually corrects this quoted query to “angel investor”. This is believed to be a feature, rather than a flaw. By using a term that Google would alter upon being searched, the identity of the website would remain obscured. This may have been the intended outcome. This way only people given the exact web address would ever visit it. Previously, the JudeHudson.org website mentioned a man named Stewart Klein who was some sort of an expert on Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

Jude Hudson was never included on the “Investors” page at Angelic Investor, but Shawn Boday, Lauren MacEwen, Colin Rowntree, and SEO expert Stewart Klein all were. Instead, it is believed that Jude Hudson benefitted from some of the services provided by AngelicInvestor’s actual partners.

2018

For several months in 2018, iWantClips.com was having trouble paying models in a timely manner. There appeared to be a concerted effort on iWantClips.com’s part to ignore the problem, as that was exactly what their customer service employees did on their StripperWeb, AmberCutieForum, Twitter, and email support accounts.

On September 24th, 2018 Jude Hudson announced there would be a permanent 10% decrease in payouts for models and artists, saying “We can use that 10% of extra operating capital for improving the site and alleviating complaints. I think everyone would agree the main complaint with the site is late payouts and fixing that is our #1 concern.” Jude Hudson referred to the decrease from 70% to 60% as a 10% decrease, but that was either an incorrect calculation, or a knowingly fraudulent assertion on their part. The actual decrease to payouts was approximately 14.3% for studios while the increase to iWantClip.com’s take was over 30%.

Around this same time Jude Hudson changed his Twitter handle from @JWantsItAll to @JWasHere13.

On October 2nd, 2018 Jude Hudson had a major public outburst on Twitter that would result in a tidal wave of criticism against iWantClips.com, Bratty Nikki, and Jude himself. Speaking to a young woman who was upset with late payments, Jude Hudson said the following:

“@creditdebitcash u are a joke, u are not on My level. u are the biggest failure I have ever seen & I’m not just talking ur pathetic sales! Why are u in this industry? It’s called FinDom, u are supposed to financially dominate. u should start a fetish called finsub”

A few months after this outburst, Jude Hudson withdrew from the public spotlight.

In December 2018, Jude Hudson formed the little known company Want LLC with the stated purpose of “Online Marketing & Promotion”. It was dissolved on March 4th, 2020. It is possible this company was dissolved because it no longer served a purpose, or it may have been to avoid certain obligations the company had acquired during its short existence.

2021

Fetish model and self-proclaimed “community advocate”, Goddess Alexandra Snow (Jamie Lombardi), invited ex-convict and fraudster Jude Hudson to appear in the 2021 documentary, A Wicked Eden. Produced and directed by Naddine Madell-Morgan and written and conceived by Bears Rebecca Fonté, the film was comprised of audio and video segments featuring many of Alexandra Snow’s closest associates.

Much of Jude Hudson’s dialogue centered around iWantClips.com:

“We pay out a model just shy of $35,000 for a month…”

“We have a lot of porn stars coming into the site now…”

“We have a lot of cam girls coming into the industry…”

As covered in the iWantClips.com article, porn stars were heavily recruited shortly after Bratty Nikki (Rosalie Hudson) became the chief executive officer in 2017. Recently, iWantClips.com has appeared to more heavily rely upon the camming industry for its new recruits.

2022

In June 2022, a wrongful termination lawsuit from August 2020 was finally settled. In this lawsuit, the employee aimed to win such a large settlement that it would punish iWantClips.com. The lawsuit appeared to be settled shortly after Jude Hudson refused to give a deposition. After the settlement, major structural changes took place at iWantClips.com.

2023

In January 2023, Jude Hudson formed Clean Code Crew, LLC. The purpose of this company is currently unknown.
